10" free float AR-15 quad rail handguard is built for use on AR platforms and allows for the mounting of tactical accessories such as bipods, flashlights, and laser sights. The free float design mounts directly to the receiver without coming into contact with the rifle barrel or impacting barrel harmonics. Crafted from aircraft grade aluminum, both sturdy and lightweight, it weighs just 13 ounces. It is 10 inches in length, 2.5 inches in height, and 2.5 inches in width. Package includes barrel nut and jam nut. Please note that installation of a free float quad rail requires additional tooling and gunsmithing expertise. We recommend consultation with an experienced gunsmith. When installing the barrel nut, we recommend using 30-35 lbs of torque.
